Hey guys,

I just saw an email claiming to be from cic that I should submit my passport with an annex form, but i'm a bit sceptical because they have never sent a direct email with information it is usually just instructing me to log into my account where I would then see the message. In addition, my profile has not been updated since I submitted my application. I have only sent in my application about 3 weeks ago. Has this ever happened to anyone before? Help urgently please. Thanks guys.

PPR are sent this way, this is perfectly normal! And this is an amazing news, you are almost there!

Double-check the email address, the UCI, the E# application number... and all personal details to be 100% sure.

You application will be updated once they receive your passport.

Yes its perfectly normal. I have no idea why they do that though. Not exactly safe communication exchange. But good for you!
