I would encourage you to call CIC and see if/how that is possible. Did you inform them of your move during the application process?

My sponsor already called cic, however, the agent said that there it is fine for me to send the passport to U.A.E. even when I am the Philippines, because that is 4what the LVO has said to me in the PPR. And yes I have inform them to update my address since I'll be moving to the Philippines last November 2017. My address in E-CAS been updated on June 2018.
