We all know it's not true, dude. But VOs seem to think different sometimes.

That is true but u dont need to worry.In 2013 they started calculating it from PGWP. In my case as I applied on 31st Oct 2012, what my GCMS notes say that they calculated it from degree confer date which is on transcript which is same as convocation date. My PGWP is from 29 sept bu convocation was on 10 nov

Its past now, i cried enough on this forum so conclusion is any one who apply in 2012 will get affected not people from 2013

I wan to add one more thing..my application is still under review. I send them letter after wards from university which says
i passed oral exam in april and submitted thesis on 20th May.
but it also says that degree is official confer on november convocation..so its true or not i can only conclude that once i hear back from them
