Hi everyone! I finally received my Application number for PNP from CIC! My work permit will expire in July2015. I'm confuse if I should apply for Extension of Work permit or Bridging Open Work Pemit?? Or are they just the same? I also don't have any idea how to apply for both since im confuse between the two. I look it up and it looks like they have the same document checklist and forms to fill up.
Hope somebody can help me with this one! Thanks!! :)

Hey buddy
So you got nomination right? And now you applied at federal and received your file no. or AOR same thing.

Here is what you need to do next

Hi. I'm not sure about how AINP works but with SINP once we received our nomination they give us two separate letter; One is the nomination certificate and the other is the letter that we will use to apply for work permit. But after Feb 21 with the new rules even with that letter from SINP the employer must pay first for Employee's Compliance fee of $230 before you can apply for an extension because then you will under LMIA exempt. Check at CIC website on International Mobility Program: Federal–provincial/territorial agreements [R204(c)] (exemption code T13) for more info. Sorry for some reason i can't post a link but hopefully this helps you out.
