hi guys :)
so, as many people, I've got condition 51. and my question here is, what do you think I have to do - collect proof form now? same kind, as for cohabitation for my PR application? or is it just: if we break it, my partner notifies CIC, and that's all what they need, so they also don't need and require proof if everything is ok?
this is mostly practical question, as I am not sure if I should keep all letters with address proof, documents etc., like I did for our application.
Any thoughts? I know it is pretty new thing, but maybe someone knows more here.
Thanks

Just live your life together with your partner as you normally would and don't worry too much about collecting "evidence". If you are a legit couple then you should naturally have a lot of "evidence". It's been a year and half with my wife and I after she landed and if CIC ever decided to pay us a visit, it would be obvious we are cohabiting.
