I'm asking this question just for my personal information. When an applicant is refused, a refusal letter is given to him/her notifying them with refusal reasons. These reasons are already printed on a paper and the language used is quite general. No specific notes are mentioned by a visa officer that's a normal trend. My question is, does visa officer write similar language in his/her computerized notes. Or writes more detailed language. For example. I will not leAve from Canada because my siblings have immigrated there. Or do they simply write "they are not satisfied that I will leave Canada upon completing my studies" .
