Co-op Work Permit for a Practicum?

Dear,

I am holding only a Study Permit which states "May accept employment on or off campus if meeting eligibility criteria as per R186(F), (V) or (W)".

Do I need to have a separate co-op Work Permit for an 8-week practicum?

I appreciate all the advice!
