Hello
I got a student visa to enter to canada. Once here in Canada, I got a Co-op work permit (Open work permit) until May 2015.
Last year I received my diploma and Certification in Business, but I could not get a post-graduate work permit. I was told that it is because at that time I had an study permit. (I got a student visa wich I needed to re-enter canada, and because I decided to takes other courses in a different institution, from where I got this Co-op work permit).
I am working (permanent) since January 2013 and my employer wants to support my PNP application.
Am I eligible to apply under the BC PNP skill worker or International graduates?
In my case, what would be my migration status? student or work permit?
Thanks in advance
