You cannot flagpole with just a job offer. You are not eligible for an open work permit. You need an approved LMIA and then apply for a closed work permit. So you need to find an employer willing to apply for or has LMIA. Or you consider studying again.

Hello I have a job offer from Lmia exempt employer. I am on visitor visa. Can I flagpole to get closed work permit

I am trying to gather some idea on the timelines for the Work Permit Processing under ICT.

Work Permit application (LMIA Exempt - ICT): Applied on 14 March 2024
Biometrics: 21 March 2024
Country of application: India

Would really appreciate if I can get some guidance. How long will it take?
