If someone from Pakistan applied assylum in Canada on their visit visa with parents. Can they change their status from assylum to something else before hearing? What if they suddenly get married to a canadian girl and change the status. is it possible for them to stay in canada and will the government allow them to stay in canada?

If they married a Canadian citizen then their spouse can apply to sponsor them but they should not withdraw their asylum claim. If they withdraw it that will trigger removal proceedings. I believe they need to keep the refugee claim going while they apply for PR through spousal sponsorship.

Yes it is possible but I would expect additional scrutiny about your application. Applying for asylum unless you have a good chance of approval is extremely risky and can have longterm implications for you and your family.

what if they are offered a job-sponsored visa or business partnership? can they do that during their asylum case

No. Not eligible.
