clarification on EE profile

Hi, i have a very basic question.
Say, we have completed our CELPIP or IELTS exam but results are not yet out. Am I allowed to just create an EE Profile & fill in those IELTS scores with some speculation and submit the application?
Or, strictly, I should fill in ONLY after I get the actual scores?
I was thinking even after Submitting, I can go back & modify/Update with new scores. Right?

you will be required your test report form number while creating your EE profile.

This number you can only get when you get your report of IELTS score.
