Clarification about accountant NOC code

I have done 2 years Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree from IGNOU India and have 3 years experience as accountant. Am not Certified /chartered accountant.
which NOC should I opt 1111 (Auditor/accountant) OR 1311 (Account technician/Bookkeeper)?

Depends on your job scope. Do you post/process journal entry (1311) or you analyse/ examine accounting data (1111)? Tailor your work experience to match your desired NOC.

I analyse and examine data(1111) but under eligibility of this NOC chartered or regulated accountancy is required. Can I apply for PR as accountant(1111) in absence of CA/CPA certification on the basis of my experience and M.Com?

As long as you can prove via your work experience then good to go.
