My paternal grandmother was born in Toronto before 1947 and moved to the UK after that. Both my father and I were born in the UK and we're British citizens.

I'm aware that as I'm second generation, I wouldn't be eligible for citizenship. My father hasn't applied for citizenship so far, but if he were to apply and get his citizenship, would I be able to?

He’s first generation , could apply
