Citizenship test results, Edmonton Office

A question guys. The CO who interviewed me, will he be the same to handle my file from that point onwards? He had promised me oath within 2-4 months. Will be 4 months on Dec 31 and no DM and no oath. Replied to rq with docs on Nov 13.

Do you have stamps which are not in English or French?
I am asking because I see that you are experiencing little delays.

No The stamps are bilingual. Arabic and English. The CO during interview did not have problem reading the stamps. He just requested colored copies of my passport. Did not mention translation as the stamps are in English too.

Hey andrew7007, i checked yesterday my eCAS and it was finally updated: DM and date for oath ceremony in Edmonton January 12th, my wife eCAS was updated as well with the date ( her DM was 3 days after test mine took 1 month to change)
Timeline:
Feb 17th 2015 - sent application
March 19th 2015 - AOR
june 2015 - file transfer to local office edmonton
November 27th 2015 - citizenship test
December 24th 2015 - DM
January 12th 2016 - oath ceremony

Hey j0an when did you get tour oath invite??
Call the CIC number and they will inform them immediatly by your unavailability for sure. My friend did the same and sent a letter as well.

Consider sending a registered mail / courier informing the CIC about the same and date you would return to avoid any complications later.

Dont rely on Call Center agent's verbal confirmation, protect yourself by some sort of document / tracking details to back it up later.

Edmonton is doing pretty good. November test takers are getting Oath invites. Calgary not there yet. Congrats in advance.

Called CIC they say all seems to be fine. Just wait. If need be they might ask for more documents.

Thank you all. I was surprised by the quickness of the process especially since I had a pretty ridiculous interview. Basically, the lady said she had to confirm my dates with CBSA and said I confused her despite the fact that I had over 3 months more than the required number of days. I am sure they will get to you all soon. Seems like they are really working fast though.
