can some one plz tell me how can i one get the citizenship my frnd needs to travel nxt year back home n she has her PR card since 1990 since she came to Canada she never applied for her citizenship

Has she spent 4 of the past 6 years inside Canada? If so, then she can apply for citizenship here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/become-how.asp
