Citizenship change (from India to Canada) during H1B while in US

Hi All,

If there is a citizenship change from India to Canada while I am in US on H1b, how does it impact my H1b and I140? Do I need to get stamping again? Also, I read somewhere that Canada citizens do no need H1b stamping.

Anyone with this experience?
