Citizenship certificate - Winnipeg office

I am not sure if it is helpful. But, I saw folks who took oath on Nov 15th getting their certificate. Link below.

It all depends where they are located and where they took oath and where is their processing office. If all three under same office, you should get certificate in 1 week or else it takes time (2-3 weeks).

I guess depends on which agent you get to talk to - I just spoke to someone and they said that she can confirm that my certificate was printed but she can’t say if it’s been dispatched yet or not- she said half the time the systems are so old that the notes don’t show up that they’ve been dispatched or not. It’s very likely mine was sent out but she asked to call on Monday to confirm again.

I took the Oath through Winnipeg, MB official online on 21st as well, I just saw today it is completed, so I think they just mailed out the certificates, hoping to see it soon!

Just finished the oath ceremony. Now the waiting game begins for the certificate.

Good news people! I am with the Winnipeg office, live in vancouver and had a virtual oath (non urgent request) on November 21st. I just got my certificate in the Mail. 2 weeks and 1 day. woooohoo. keep an eye out on your mail. best of luck to everyone!

the date is December 1...also just to let you know and so that ppl calling ircc are not discouraged. i called ircc TODAY 2 hours ago, and they said your certificate HAS NOT BEEN MAILED. and it was in the mail less than 2 hours later. So dont believe what they say.

Can anyone share there observation if anyone has requested for urgebt dispatch of certificate from this office and if they were entertatined or not ?

If yes, then in how many days they got certificate ?

Mine is on Dec 19 and i have a work related travel plan on Jan 15. I have booked ticket and a letter from HR which i sent to my original processing office niagra falls, last Tuesday and i got scheduled for oath this Monday.

So, i thibk then this office may have vacancies to have more candidates and thats why they accomkdated me

Mine was closed on December 1, Didn't get the certificate yet. I have travel on 9th December. Hope i can get it tomorrow.
