May I ask if you reside in Mississauga or Brampton? My oath was done on the 7th and I have not received my certificate from the Mississauga office. File closed on the 9th.
Reside in Mississauga.

Did you email and ask if the certificate was mailed?

Update:
Oath Feb 7th
Closed Feb 9th
I was able to reach an IRCC agent and he was very nice and open with the information. He advised the certificate was to be sent on the 21st but because it was a holiday they noted it would be sent on the 23rd. However, he does not see where it is noted that on the 23rd it actually was mailed. He stated he can see that I had some sort of urgent request as it’s noted to be sent express so he believes I should have it in the next few days. Fingers crossed!
UPDATE: Certificate received today. This means they definitely mailed in on the 23rd. Good luck everyone!

Hi everyone,

We (my spouse and I) received our citizenship certificates today. Here is our timeline:
Citizenship application submitted Apr 29, 2020.
File number received Nov 5, 2020.
Invitation for test received May 26, 2021.
Oath ceremony scheduled (for Feb 16, 2022) Aug 31, 2021.
Official invitation email for oath ceremony received Feb 8, 2022.
Oath ceremony was held on Feb 16 and application was closed on Feb 17, 2022.
Citizenship certificate received on Feb 28, 2022 (printed on the stamp that the envelop was mailed on Feb 21, 2022).
Office: Scarborough

I have a flight ticket to US on March 5th, and called the call centre at 1-800-567-6868 to book an appointment for urgent passport pick up.
But the agent told me that I need to submit an online request at https://eservices.canada.ca/en/service/ and they will call me back to arrange an in person appointment "exactly 2 business days before my flight date". So be aware that, if you need to go through the urgent passport pick up process, a) you must have the ticket and b) the appointment will be scheduled for only 2-business days before your ticket date.

I hope everyone in this forum will inform us of receiving their certificate and passport vert very soon, and we celebrate all together!

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Oath taken on February 1st and according to CIC call centre agent the certificate was mailed on February 4th. Still waiting for the certificate. WTH on earth it's coming from? Ukraine? Yesterday again requested for reissuing of a new certificate as I feel like it has been lost or misplaced. No response from CIC yet.

I and my daughter's Oath was also Feb 9th Mississauga office, I received only my certificate in the mail today but not my daughter's. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Should I wait a few more days before sending out an inquiry?
Did you email the Mississauga office and ask the dispatch date?

Mine and my wife's oath was on 15th Feb, file closed on 17th Feb, I contacted them yesterday asking when they'd posted our certs, they confirmed that my wife's was posted TODAY! (1st March), but totally avoided answering when mine had been posted, so either they didn't read the email correctly or they've just posted hers (bizarrely) and not mine....one would've assumed they post both together on the same day in the same envelope

My certificate finally arrived today. Judging by the sharpie marks on the envelope it caused confusion due to the label "do not bend" - which boggles the mind as my wife's and son's were delivered rolled up into my community mailbox just fine.

Today, the mail carrier instead of delivering to my door went the extra mile of slotting the certificate into the section between all the mailbox doors and the mailboxes themselves. This meant that while the certificate was flat (it was vertical!) I couldn't physically remove the envelope from the box as I obviously don't have a master key to open the whole front and the certificate is substantially larger than the opening of my individual mailbox. Fortunately, the mail carrier was still on site - delivering things to other people's doors (which she should have done with this!) and I asked her to unlock the whole thing for me.

It seems somehow fitting that my citizenship application should come to such a farcical conclusion. I do hope that my passport application doesn't bring any similar ridiculous nonsense.
