I had to communicate with them regarding my son and I received a reply back saying it was posted only today for me . So another week maybe.

My tracker is still showing in progress and I haven’t received my certificate yet, had my oath on Feb 15 how do you know if they posted it?

I had to communicate with the office for my son and that how i came to know that they have posted mine.
You can email but i think they can send anytime btw 2 to 4 weeks

Yes, you can apply from anywhere. It would be simpler if you are picking up the passport in person after application. Otherwise they may ship it to your home address in a different state.

Yeah, its hit and miss with this number. Keep trying a few different times during the day. I have had some success after 2pm. Hopefully they ship out your certificate soon.
