My citizenship application was returned twice and it was for the same reasons. They did request the biographical pages for four years of my passport. I did not renew my foreign passport after 2011 because I applied for citizenship after about eight months since my foreign passport expired. I did attach a letter second time explaining that I do not have a passport after 2011. I did attach biographical pages of my two old (expired) passports that I did hold before. I did contact the help centre and they told me that I can apply for citizenship without the passport. They said they don't know why the application was returned, and suggested me to reapply again. Can anyone please suggest me what I can do different this time for my application to go though. I did contact an immigration lawyer in my area and he told me that he would do the same and he doesn't know why it is being retuned back saying incomplete application.
I just realised today that they did not return my $200 dollar free from the first time I applied and the second time. I will contact the help centre. But will they return the fee from feb 2013( first time I applied ) . I do have the recipes from both times.
I can really use someone's wise suggestion at this point.
