CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting

Will WES consider certificate in business accounting under the two or more certificates section because I have a BA (Hons) degree in addition as well (3 Years)?

Also, do they need a certificate along with the transcripts or just the transcripts (because I got the CIMA certificate level completely exempted and they don't provide certificates unless you do the exams)?

Just found out in the forum that someone else received an assessment for the Certificate in Business Accounting from CIMA as a one year college level certificate equivalency. Here is the link for it:
