CIC status changed from 'Completed' to 'Decision Made'

Hi

I applied for my parents immigration and they did landing on May 31, 2017 and last week they even received their PR card as well. Earlier when they did landing the status on CIC website showed as 'COMPLETED' but when I checked the status today it showed as 'DECISION MADE'. If I click on the link everything is same.

what does this mean and why it changed from completed to decision made.

You can email the VO or CPC and ask them, or do a CSE. Most likely just a glitch in their system which happens all the time. Don't worry too much about it.

They have already landed, so it really doesn't matter what it says. You are worrying about nothing.
