I am expecting my wife medical. after three months i queried CPP Ottawa about the medical. They said they have sent it three months back and asked have i received it or not. I replied them i have not. One week after they replied the same saying that they have sent and whether i have received it or not. Then i replied back the same again that i have not received. Waiting for their reply now....
I am getting nervous about how their system could state something which never happened.
Kindly share some expereince if anyone know if anyone faced such issue.
