NO - 80% of cases means 80% of cases mate, nothing more, nothing less.

Where did you get this additional crap from anyway?

80% cases means applications which fully comply with the process and there is no addition information CIC needs, more over when cic send medical forms sometimes applicant is unable to find the appointment and delay the submission of the medical results same during right of PR fees and also during visa stamping, if you ensure that you provide cic with all the relvent information on time then this processing time will apply, moreover we should always consider some + / - ,

I am august applicant.I think this whole month cic clears its previous months pending file. In june they start August files bcs still 3 months are left to reach their 12 months target.

Mate, you should read the very first post on this thread, c'mon, go have a look.

So you mean to say, for ALL Sep applicants to get PR only 4 months are remaining, correct me if I am wrong ! ! !
and for Aug Applicant its only 3 months???

I love this thread on processing times. Time taking between Application received Date and AOR is about 40 days approximately. There are many applications still in pending stage (beyond 12 months) even if you consider AOR date.
Couple of them on this thread mentioned that the call centre mentioned new logic that the 12-month processing time starts from the date on which Ottwa processing centre receives the appliaction. I also got the same response from call centre and my application was sent after 5 months from AOR (July 2014), no progress whatso ever. So...discussing on the 'processing times' is waste of time.
