262 marks without ECA and without LMIA or PNP
Have a full time job (LMIA Exempt :( ::) ) offer.
Having 1.6 years of Canadian experience.
Had a part of building this country directly or indirectly for 1.6 years.
Cap reached on October 22 2014.

600 points for people who has a valid job offer with LMIA . so Am I Jobless ?

Please tell me what should I do as a jobless.... ? for PR I should have minimum one year experience . I could not understand how my LMIA exempt one year job experience can be considered for Express Entry as a valid candidate but not my Job as a valid job offer.

CIC's logic is wrong. if I am getting 0 points for my LMIA exempt job then how this experience can be considered as a Work Experience for my EE.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

You should get ECA to increase your points.

Yes. I applied and waiting for that. even though I will get extra 112 points, total would be 374 which is not sufficient for my ITA. I am thinking to return to my home country :( . my visa is expiring on Feb 2nd 2017. all the best and thanks CIC.

Try to talk to your employer and convince him to file a LMIA. You have almost 2yrs of time before you can get a LMIA.

You have two years and you're despairing?! The longer you work in Canada the more points you have. Plus you can do your ECA and try to increase your IELTS if you don't have very good scores.

thanks Intocanada..... just Think like this manner. If the Canadian Government don't care about employees like me even We have relevant work experience ,then how a Canadian Employer will spend $2000 and time to hire one single resource for LMIA . if they do for me then they have to do for all LMIA exempt employees which is not practical.

2. IELTS L-5.5 R - 7 W-7 S-7 . this time also failed.
3. CELPIP L-9 R-7 W-7 S-7. I have cleared but received my mark sheet on Dec 12th.

Couple of things.
1. LMIA will not cost your employer $2000. LMIA is free of cost. Yes, Advertising might cost him which he does anyway for all the jobs. Some employers don't depend on lawyer to file LMIA instead they do it by themselves.
2. CIC or Canadian govt never said they will not care about people who don't have LMIA. What they are doing now is picking up people who have LMIA and there will be a time where candidates with LMIA are done(or decreased), then obviously they would pick people below 600 points.

Once again thanks. will try. but don't know if LMIA is free why some companies are not ready to do it. they will hire a PR or Canadian Resident instead waiting for 4 months for LMIA, if i am not wrong. but I really appreciate your replies. thanks.

Hi Friends ,

I am leaving Canada on March 22nd and returning to my Country. thank you so much. I could not get my LMIA. All the best for those who applied for LMIA and who got ITA. it is really sad to end my desire to be in this country. hoping atleast CIC will invite me end of this year . :( . election time politics even happens in developed countries like Canada. lol :)
