Yeah and true.but with this frustrated mind I can't work and I'm not expecting Feb 31st.

262 marks without ECA and without LMIA or PNP
Have a full time job (LMIA Exempt : ) offer.
Having 1.6 years of Canadian experience.
Had a part of building this country directly or indirectly for 1.6 years.
Cap reached on October 22 2014.

600 points for people who has a valid job offer with LMIA . so Am I Jobless ?

Please tell me what should I do as a jobless.... ? for PR I should have minimum one year experience . I could not understand how my LMIA exempt one year job experience can be considered for Express Entry as a valid candidate but not my Job as a valid job offer.

CIC's logic is wrong. if I am getting 0 points for my LMIA exempt job then how this experience can be considered as a Work Experience for my EE.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

I have exactly the same like you. 263 points without ECA and had completed 1 year on DEC 20th 2014 and my visa is expiring on 20th Nov 2015. I have also applied for my ECA too but don't loose.

Obtaining +ve LMIA is definitely a big deal for most of us so chances of getting PR for CEC candidates in range 400-475 are still high.

Also i think once you will get your 112 points then you may have additional 50 points added up in CRS Skill Transferability Education so we may have 262 + 112 + 50 == 424 around.

Though this new express entry system has almost screwed up everything but we all are optimistic about cut off reduced to 400+ and we all get PR.

Stick around and look for other employers who should be ready to do LMIA. Ontario is over saturated. Move to Manitoba or Saskat. If you have WP till 2017 why are you leaving so early? Who knows CRS score for ITA might drop in next two months?

yes. but it is employer specific (CLOSED) work permit. I cannot work other than this employer.

I dont know how many employers are ready to hire new employees with an +ve LMIA. even the job match website is for eyewash no match found .
