Also on the calculator there is a question:

i. Are your test results less than two years old?

If you answer Yes it says you are ineligible. If you say no it asks for your score. Typo? Question should have more instead of less?

Hi check it again
it is language related. so if IELTS is less than 2 years old then it is not valid
