Chosing Financial analyst NOC as Primary occupation

Dear Friends,

I worked as a Purchasing officer in the past and currently working as a Financial Analyst.
I hold a Bsc (Hons) in business management degree (ECA equivalency- Bachelors degree).

If I select Financial analyst as my primary occupation because I have more than 3 years of experience, do I need any other certification or need to get registered in any institution. Is my bachelors degree suffice.

Should I select Purchasing officer or Financial analyst as my primary occupation?

Anybody who have selected Financial analyst NOC, please share your experience.

Does it mean that VO will not be doing a backrooms check
How is it different from IN progress and not started
