How do you check the address information they have on file?

Trying to check if it is up to date.

Before the new tracking system, I remember being able to see it.
 
How long does it take them to update the information after a change of address form is submitted?
I filled out a request for change of address 6 weeks ago and it is still showing the old address.

It said 15 days on the form where we enter it manually ourselves (ecas).

In a previous occasion, I had done it thru the general web form (requesting them to do it) and, although I think I had had success this way before, the last time I tried the address did not get changed.

The best way is to call and ask them to do it on the phone. Mine didn't change for 6 weeks until I did so. Note, don't choose the option to change the address as this will take you to a dead end, rather find the option for case handling to talk to an agent.
 
I wonder what is going on....

I had no issues changing addresses before the pandemic. They simply don't change your address anymore! This is crazy.

One time i did and it didnt go through for 2 months. Later second time i submitted online.
But it takes weeks nowadays to get it changed. People told that its better to call and change it to make it updated fast.
