i am feb 07 applicant from uae to london vo.
medical done 29 sept 2010
medical sent 5 oct 2010
pps request 11 may
7 jun 2011 decision made
receiving the passport --- still waiting
when i should receive the passport back, i am so anxious to have it and to see the maple leave on it,
we should make a new post about what to do next,

Did aramex deliver, or you re gone in person to their office..

which aramex location in Dxb....any person..

i am in Dubai , in my case neither the CHC AUH or Aramex called me to inform tht PP is back, As i put my Office address thy came directly and delivered .but thy cahrge me Dhs 100 for processing and 40 as courier charge thts only a puzzle coz others paid only Dhs 40/- the same case happen to other 2 guys who stay in Dubai even though thy put their home address nobody called the aramex guy came direct.

Aramex have promised to deliver my PPs today. Will let you friends know once I get it. I am flying last week of August by Etihad to Toronto. I would start House search by internet sites from next month.

Dear all,

Wanted to share one insight about driving licenses. you can drive with your GCC license for 60 days, however after that you need a Canadian License.

What i understood was that if you have a detailed official driving experience statement about your driving record in the middleeast you will be isisued a G2 license directly which allows you to drive alone and in most circumstances.

If you don't have this document you have to go through a long process of first appearing in a written test to get a G1 and then after several months convert it to a G2 and then finally the full G.

Anyone else has any info on this can share so that we all can benefit.

This gives worries... I have not informed any one in the office yet...If so it could creat problem, thoguh I put office address and mobile number... HUHHHHHH

And today is 14th working day since they received it in LN....No "decision made" found...
