Yes! definitely after ur remedical you should ask them for a Tracking number and they will provide u medical report tracking number and then u will easily track ur at that time medical location.

Thanks, just to update you and all others. I inquired IOM and got to know that since a month or so there is NOW no need to courier the Medical Results specially if you have received the ReMEd Request through Email. They will just scan all reports and upload which will be available for CHC in 2 days. Some good news !

Hey brother,

well...they sent(via email) a remed request in my wife's case, even though her current remed was still valid. So when she went to try and do the remed, she was told by medical office that her medical is still valid and to send a letter + proof of the remed.

So that is what we did. We sent a letter with the email communication we had with the medical office who provided us with tracking # and such. We also included a copy of the receipt my wife got from medical office as proof. They shut up after that.

Most recently I went to my local MP to have them do an inquiry and they did not mention about the medical. All they said is that the background checks have passed and it is in queue for review. So I guess that put that medical issue to rest.

My case is almost same, so I just mailed them all correspondence with IOM plus a scanned receipt of my medical as a proof...
They have my passport since 9 April 2013...
i think they'll take another month to return it

Dear All,

I have very important questions regarding our application. Last Monday our application status to decision made from In process.

But address is still showing Pakistan Address.
What they do after changing status, is it notification for visa issued or PPR. (Passports are already there in CHC)
I was expecting passports back last week but didn't receive anything.
Re- medical was performed April 15 2013

After how long I will receive my passports back?

Applied : July 2011
FIle transferred: Sept 2012
Addl Doc request: June 2012
Interview : Waived
Re medical : Oct 2012 , Son's medical deferred
: Dec2012 Son's X ray repeated
: Jan 2013 Son's Furtherance from Shifa International
: April 2013 Son's Medical repeat yet again - without any reason , despite being cleared
earlier.
PPR : Received by registered mail on 24-May 2013

Have you only sponsored your son or your spouse as well? How old is the son? I have sponsored my daughter, therefore wanted to know.

How to send Passport to CHC ? Where should i quote my File number ? i send 2 envelopes one with pp and other for docs which CHC wills end back. Please help

I don't know if I'm senior or experienced...

Just include a letter including file number, date, address, name etc. And explain what you're including and include copy of letter you got from them. Fill out the forms they sent appropriately. Should be enough.

Put those two envelopes in one, in my opinion, and just write on each what is included.

I have ordered GCMS today. I pray to ALLAH I get some good news in that. Any news for any other Aug 2011 people?? I still have nothing from them.

I don't really keep track of Summer 2011 applicants because CIC grants Visa to
anyone without really going by order.. As it's scattered there's no point
I'm a June 2011 transfer and haven't heard anything after December 2012 Medical.
I will order GCMS again after 10th of June.
Inshallah you will get some important information in GCMS &
I pray that you will be done soon

I got response from my MP and she said your file still waiting for review by the 2nd VO
ALAH Knows what’s going on because this is the same line which I got back in Nov, 2011 and March, 2013.

I plan to order my 3rd GCMS notes on end of June 2013, because last AOR I got in June, 2012. May be again they open my file in June ;D

True. I don't know what they are doing. Some people from 2012 started hearing from them but us from 2011 still waiting. Not sure what's going on .....
