CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

I applied in Oct 2011 and submitted rukhsati proofs in January 2013. I ordered GCSM notes in Feb 2013 (too early) and it said the file sent for review.

Under the Groups section, it says:

Group #: 1-1J6WFSF
Type: PR-Temporary processing


Medical Expired Sept 2012
Its wife case

What does it mean? What should I expect next?

yeh you have order GCMS a bit early...I can share my example with you...I have sent ruksati and post ruksati proof in Dec they received it by Dec 20th but they attach it to my file on Jan 29th so now you can easily guess the rest

what do you mean by attached.... they reviewed it after how long?

Salam Everyone,

As you all know I got REMEDICAL and PPR on February 8, 2013 and my husband sent his REMED on February 26, 2013 and PP on March 8,2013.

My husband did REMEDICAL on February 26, 2013 and I was tracking it through DHL it arrived to ND on March 16, 2013.

My question is:

My husband's ecas updated today to "medical results received" Does it mean CHC received my husband's REMED? should I expect his pp back with visa issued soon??

Please HELP.

A very close of friend started her file Nov 2010 and her husband arrived first week of March this year.....lets see what happens with us. My elders tell me I have a choice, either I can choose to worry everyday and be upset or use this time to plan for the future. So right now I am trying to set up a job for my hubby here. Before I know it he will be here and I hope it will be smooth transition for him and our future together. He is taking courses there to prep himself for requirements here. There is so much work to do....phew!!

I agree we try to do same .... at least time goes by quickly this way. For instance, when I think about how long its been it seemsss damnnn so long but really each day goes by extremely fast.

I'm sorry if you feel intimidated by me, but I wouldn't want to intimidate anyone on purpose.

The only reason why I found getting married to 9 years younger guy is wierd, is because I'm doing bachelors in education.
I have to go to high school and teach students 9, 10, 11 years younger than me. This thought just made me feel as if there's
something wrong. I'm not born nor grown up in Pakistan, plus being in education field in Quebec. This matter sounds bizarre.

However, I apologized and learned new things. Next time when I see something like this I will behave in a more tolerant way.
We all learn from mistakes. I never said I'm perfect.

I don't know what exactly made you feel intimidated by me. Just let me know and will clear it.

what do you mean by attached.... they reviewed it after how long?

first they attach your doc in your file which takes almost a month and then from there it can take min 3 month before they even review it.

I see. I sent mine on feb 3, 2013. I am thinking of ordering those notes end of april ... do you think its a good idea or no?

I would say order it in june...I will keep you update on my progress so that you will have clear picture but as of right now just wait and pray.

Unfortunately I have to say that it will be very challenging for CHC-ISB to accept it as geniune relationship and not a marriage of conveniene, one member "Jania" is only two years older and they put her husband in interview que and still draging the case on and on for no apparent reason ......... the onus is on you to prove that the relationship is geniune and ongoing to gather as much proof and continue to feed the mouth of the devil (CHC-ISB) until they issue Re-medical ......... it also depends on your luck as well as to who picks up your file and it may all go easy and all the fears may just turn out to be hunky dory

It took 33 Months for me from the month when my application was filed to get and interview letter.

my cause is same too .... my wife older then me .... and i got email on 17 jan 2013 for waiting interview they will inform me by email or mail... can u tell me ismail bhai when u get email from chc islamabad about u r in que of interview ??? thank zahid

My wife got ppr request on march 4th and sent med + PPR on 14 march.. ecas updated to show MEd's received a week ago..

Same question... is the passport coming back soon???

Maybe senior members can answer to this question. I wonder if the ecas changes when CHC receives the results from ND or it updates when ND receives our MEDICAL :S

Can someone help me out plz im so confused ... as of why i have not received anything from CHC after my status changed to In Process On Feb.

So it all went wrong when my hubby send his PP with Re-medical on July 25th even tho he did not get PPR... so his PP expired On March 30 and CHC still has it like im really confused as to why they are still holding the passport shouldn't they send it to us for us to renew it like whats going on im so pissed. should i be doing something my hubby also sent them a e-mail .. like they shud send it back they have the pp its been 8 months thats crazyyy

plz any kind of help would be appreciated.
