He did and they said it's already delivered to visa office..
My assumption, my hubby gave me the wrong computer number i think he wants to surprise me but I dont like that!! lol

It could be a sign that they have waived your interview because they do not issue re medical before interview

I am not the only one who has crossed 28 months time frame there are several other applicants of 2010 facing same issue.
There is no such thing that they are supposed to complete the application within time frame.
With me all the formalities are completed and they are keeping my PP for more then 4 months now saying that they have not received the medical result so does is the case with few other people.

Yes it is normal I know 3 more applicants and I am the 4th one who sent the PP in November and it is not back yet.
