Has anyone who did their remedical in July 2012 received a rquest for passport. My wife did her re-medical in July 2012 and up to date haven't received any response from the embassy. Please shed some lights...

Yes they send all documents with pp

Thanks because me as the sponsor had to send my Income Tax stuff couple months ago and they wanted original and also original wedding certificate. So I not only expect them back but demand them back when my wife recieves her passport. I will know tomorrow inshallah about my wife's situation

Usman bro, thanks a lot for such a nice info....it really gonna help everyone...but just want to see ur opinion regarding my case....i did my remedical on 18th july and submit the required documents in the end of july. i taught they gonna ask for ppr so i waited for 2 months so on the end of september got PCC and submit RePCC back on 28 september....so now according to ur opinion did they do eligibility of my relationship or not or after getting RePCC they will do these things and when will i get my PPR inshallah? thanks

I am in the same situation here as well...I received re-medical in June...and 2 weeks latter re-PCC ..waiting for PPR since..
have ordered GCMS note on Oct 4th so will see what they say ..., I hope and pray that my wife is here before 2013...

But keep in mind I don't think they HAVE to follow this rule. My wife got remed but look we're still being asked for additional proof for genuineness of our relationship. When they check for relationship I am sure that is background check not security check. So it all depends on case by case, but I guess this is the guideline.

True! I dont think they follow the exact procedure as outlined ealier.....since every file is diff. they can request anything & everything, anytime
they want !!

yes, they send u back all documnets like education, marriage , pictures, bills .but they are not send u back police certiificate because that is for their record.

Hi,

I submitted application for PR in Nov-2011 in Spouse Sponsorship Catagory. I received letter for IOM Medical on 10-10-2012. I under gone the medical examination on 15-10-2012.

What should I expect next?

I heared that IOM Medical is the last stage and It took me just another 4 months to get Visa. Is it??

Innocent_eyez: i got my remed+ppr on 7aug, sent it back right after, since then no update and pp return, is this routine time (2-4months) or should i write an email ?

Additional documents requested (2nd time) Some time in July 2012 I believe.
Online status changed to "In process" Sep 22, 2012 I believe... Could have been Sep 21, 2012
Passport requested and re-medical - Sep 26, 2012 (Date on letter Sep 24,2012) Received it quick....(Surprised)
After about a week of sending passport the online status remained "In process" but now my address was appearing there too.
Passport Sent - Oct 10, 2012
Received Passport back on Oct 20, 2012

Online Status still is "In Process"

but who cares... she got her passport back

Can't understand the nature of women... Before she got her passport.. she was crying everyday and asking me when she will get her passport back.. and now I told her to come early but she wants to come on Nov 6...

thank you I do know about personal history they are also asking abt that under immigration forms ..
what about the work experience and education background questionnaire?

you have to fill them as well..and for pakistan u have to send all educational documents of ur spouse original
