Y do u think its takin so long?
They don't even reply to my emails or fax

i have a word with one of my senior colleague applied in 2010 got his visa earlier .he said when they open a file they send the requests for completion like doc request ppr remedical etc and the visa officer puts a future date on which file has to be re opened he said on our files almost 2.5 months forwrd date has been put up by the officer.....i think they should have sent pp back with stamp within a week because pp is a very important document

No i didn't mail or fax them i think there is no need to mail them bcoz they'll never reply or answe of our mails thats why agar hm kuch kr saktey hain to bas Dua and Sabar

the date is called BF date ( bring forward date) and in past i read in this forum that it is usually 45 days from file last opened. 2.5 months is new news. southpaw who is the colleague who told u this??? how does he know its 2.5 months?? btw my 2.5 month are over today.i wish i get visa tomorrow inshaAllah

My wife completed her re-medical in Islamabad on September 10 and sent her passport on September 14 using TCS. How can I find out if both the remed and the ppr have been recieved. I asked my wife for the TCS tracking number but she is not really that educated (english wise) and doesnt know what I am talking about. Where is it listed and how many numbers/letters does it contain? Same thing with re-med do they give a tracking number for it or no? During the remed they did not perform xray on her because she was pregnant. Will the visa still be issued without it and how long do you think before my wife recieves her passport stamped. I am on a short deadline as our baby is due Feb 14, 2013 (according to Pakistani doctor) and she needs to be here for atleast 90 days to be covered by OHIP which means November 14, 2013...less 2 weeks more in case of early delivery then she pretty much has till November 1st, 2013. What are the chances of it happening?

tracking number is 10 digits long nd ask ur wife give u tht number if she used TCS. The number is on the receipt.

it was in his gcms notes...it depends on background checks also mate.it varies he said.....he was like us waiting for long but issued visa alhamdulillah so he knew a lot and i came to know about all this from him...you can be issued visa any instant but they have a lot of cases not only the ppl on forum are waitng there are many more whom we dont know in the queue....

BFD can be 45, 60 or 90 days all depend on VO.
