I logged in to my E-Cas and it says Application received under "Permanent Residence Application Status" does that mean anything?? ---

It doesn't mean much .. The ECAS status changed to application received when the applicant's file is transferred to CHC- Islamabad.. Initial review will be done in 8 to 12 months.. What's your timeline btw?

i have same date as urs my application was recieved to pakistan on jan 14 2011 and i received repcc, IMM forms and other proves on feb26 2012 but letter date was 18 and l got my re medical on feb 28 letter it was written feb 24 i send all the requested forms on march 26 2012 ... anyhow me waiting for ppr now hopefully soon.... inshallah

im not sure how long it will take... but for me in the status it shows that medical results have been received and when i send them message they reply saying we have recieved all documents and now ur case is currently in process and in queue for review with immigration officer. so i think when officer view my file and if they dont find anyting then they will ask for ppr hopefuly

an update from my side. I received re.medical request today.

Husband case [by the way it's a second marriage]
- file transfered to CHC.I: Dec. 5th, 2010
- file received by CHC. I: Jan 14, 2011
- Repcc., IMM forms and additional prove requested: Feb. 27, 2012 (I received the reqeuest on March 12th by Pak mail though]
- Repcc, IMM forms, and add prove sent on March 27, 2012
- received re.medical request: May 14, 2012 (the letter is dated May 3, 2012]

what date of appointmnt wd dmp did u get?
