A permanent resident can order notes as long as he/she is the sponsor-er.

can anyone tell me how to order GCMS notes plz guide me, should the person ordering the notes be a Canadian citizen or can they be PR aswell?

The lawyer discourages it because it shall be an extra burden on him to read it ,and discuss it with you , which every lawyer try to avoid.

This is true ...my lawyer also discouraging to order GCMS... n even told tht won't help provide any type of help for this....

Plz tell me, i cudn't understand completely that did u applied gcms n u hv a lwyer too.... so how did u process further for gcms ...? by urself or by ur lawyer...? n how ur case speed up thn...?

I have tried checking my application status online for over a week and it shows error. I am waiting for my passport return does this mean that my application process is finished. All the information i enter is correct there is no issue with that part. But i thought system might have a problem but for over a week its just not possible for system glitch. Shocked

Wa Alikum Assalam ... It seems to be an Error due to Server Maintenance thats why the Web Server is rejecting all secure traffic at Port 443

its normal before they record the final decision on GCMS system it shows the error, you will get your PP back 3 to 4 weeks max, inshahullah any day, just pray, relax and wait bakhair its on his way to your Mrs, its all done bro its just a matter of getting it back, trust me if your application was not ready for visa they dont ask for pp request, you are done bro, its all good, relax, take care and enjoy, wish you all the best and plaease keep me on your Duhaa to get PPR request soon for my wife bakhair.

Dear Syedgi, no body here is trying to proof the ( Truth or Lies ) we are all here for one reason to exchange our experiences through this journey and to help each other, if couple of my word will give him some relive and comfort so be it, as nothing with CIC is certain every case has his own complexity and if yours is got delayed there must be a reason for it , as you may know wife cases are not that complex they only run one background check as per husband case they run it twice , one before The PPR request and one after the PPR now these days and also for husband cases some time there is a third party investigation as well which delays the out come of application, any way I wish you and all respected members best of luck and best wishes to get their visa to be done with this hassle in this holy month, Ammeen Ya Rubulhalameen.
