so my application still in Canada or in ISL. when I checked the status through file # it says Medicale have been rececvied and check through by client ID deceision made application received ??? Can you pls explain me ???

when u check it with UCI and from sponser's info then it will say deceion made and that decision is that ur eligble for sponser that ur done with 1st stage,,now file is transfer to applicant side,,now check from file number and applicants info for 2 stage

dont understand why they are not sending us re medical request or not even repcc ??? btw EZee are u husband case or wife case ? my passport is valid till only july 2013 ..plzz pray everyone that everthing gets settled before july ... i was thinking up till when we should hope for our case done ??means till july 2013 or dec 2013 ???

mine is wife case.
Tcs numbers just for time pass and fun. They don't show your pp number. Go on tcs site and track those numbers to see if there is any mail to your city and your name. good luck

How long did it take to get the passport back from Embassy?

Guess what guys, lol, received the notes today and they state security has not been started yet. Last update was when it went in process... we've already got passport with visa back.

Also since this was 'nikah only' case, they have stated it in the notes + said marriage proof is sufficient + explanation of no consummation is valid ++.

I had told them reception will only take place when you send the VISA because wife will have no place to stay after the "holy rukhsati". They want to play cultural games, I too played the same game! Aaha!

So... there you have it folks. Again, for your own sake, stop scaring nikah only cases. Stop being scared.
