Bro, I'm not talking about lock in date here mine lock in date was 11/03/2011.
I'm talking her for sharing group update dates .

I sent my application on 6th sep 2012 and I got an email file # it says Medicale have been rececvied and decision made. What does it mean of decision made ???

Did u check with UCI number then decision made on first stage mean regarding your sponsor ship approved or not and file transfer to visa office CHC I. Or may be Ottawa.

so my application still in Canada or in ISL. when I checked the status through file # it says Medicale have been rececvied and check through by client ID deceision made application received ??? Can you pls explain me ???

Medical received for your first medical result now. be ready to see this result for long time nothing unusual mine shows form last one year.
You can call CIC Call center to find out about your file is it in Isl or Ottawa chance r first in Ottawa.
