My hubby's medical was done today and dr told him that he will get the visa anytime within 2 months. He said the earliest could be 2 weeks time from today.

No, CIC didn't ask for it yet. However, dr. said to him that CIC will be asking him for his passport soon. I wonder if dr can tell how long it can take. I have to wait and see if dr. is right or not

I'm not sure but dr. said the earliest that CIC can request the passport from my hubby can be 2 weeks from today. Therefore, I think CIC receives the results within 2 weeks. However, I need to ask my hubby because I'm sure he asked many questions to the dr. lolz

My hubby says that dr. told him all of his test reports are good, but he has to wait until tomorrow to get the blood test report. He said that CIC will receive the results tomorrow.

Hi guys. How r u all I want to ask regarding my case dat I did ask from mp she said on yesterday dat background chk in process, file has been forward to immigration officer n officer takes 30 days to make decisions so it means I will get my passport request soon? And why background still in process if file has been already forwarded to immigration officer for make decision?

dear My updated forms was sanded in March and medical was sanded in 1st week of aprail 2012.
after Mp inquiry they told me that embassy received my updated forms in last week of oct and currently background check is in process
and 0ne and half month passed nothing hear anything....
