they told me that my wife over stayed in pakistan bcs she was pr holder not a citizen,,we went for apeal ,,, and apeal was refused ,,,we start it over in dec 2009,,by the way my med was expired in aug 2010,,,,,,,,

& mine will b expire in this December any advice ? :'(

Oh well, atleast your process is almost over this time... Glad it worked out for both of you. Is your wife still a PR or she applied after her citizenship???

Supp form was received with AOR, that was filled and sent right away, then I visited my wife in June so we voluntarily sent, photos, proof of visit, updated email inbox and phone call logs. We havn't heared anything after March 24th. I ordered my CAIPS notes and it had no info in it except that they have received all the documents but no progress on file. Her medical expires in January.

On average its taking between about 3 to 6 weeks. And, because you had the remedical request aswell they will need to assess the results before issuing the VISA. They are still probably waiting for the medical results.
