i am fedup with this immigration process. It has been more than 13 months now and still no response from the CHC-ISB. People say that processing wife's visa doesn't take long .... but its not true in my case i don't know what to do? MPs are not a big help they just tell you what you can already see on the e-case or the same reply as of the Immigration section.....Anybody know if any wife was issued an immigation visa falling in the october 2009 category

Wife's of even January cases have gotten the visa. Recently there is a example of Amon

As we did not receive any response for our previous back ground checks, hence we resent request for back ground checks last week and hopefully would receive a response in three weeks and then applicant's file could be processed further.

but having said tht ur reply also includes a time of 3 weeks ...so lets hope ur file gets processed faster..

In my opinion it looks like the company in which you are employed has not responded to the questions of CIC Islamabad. So your case is struck there. Secondly your marriage is genuine in eyes of CIC because CIC go for background checks once they make decision regarding your marriage.
InsaALLAH you will receive PPR soon.

In my opinion it looks like the company in which you are employed has not responded to the questions of CIC Islamabad. So your case is struck there. Secondly your marriage is genuine in eyes of CIC because CIC go for background checks once they make decision regarding your marriage.

July 6th: They received my application
August 8th: They requested me to done my medical
Sept 7th : Sponsorship approved
Sept 9th: They sent my application to Singapore

Feeling your spouse submitted incomplete application and CHC I Asking you step by step fee also not paid yet !

Yes we sent an incomplete application but by the grace of Allah its now totally complete and they are requesting my PR also called landing fees $490 to pay. So the game should be over within few weeks of time Inshallah
