whats ur timeline danny?

a question..how long it takes for the backgrd check to be completed?

Its different for everyone. If you have travelled to alot of country compare to just lived in pakistan in one city it could be 12 months vs 1 month.

i beg to differ with ur statement
my hubby has always lived in one country , pakistan... still his background checks were almost for about 9-10 months....so i guess it depends on them

Ofcourse it depends on them, I was just giving an example. I didn't mean to say that it takes 1 month, sorry for confusion..

y is it like that? n yet most are waiting since 2009?

they prolly dont have complications like they have not travelled outside pakistan.. so thats y.. if u travel outside pakistan then they delay it for the sake of background checks..mostly that happens

my husband has been livin in Karachi Pakistan for the last 15 year n he has not even left the country at all....

the case is in que for initial review from reply on my email on May 13th 2011.

ya.. i guess it depends on the immigrations officer as well some r lenient n they just let go off things some just pin points at everything.. n r fussy u know. they keep asking for stuff till they r satisfied...

ch33rez is not a Nov2010 case. His wife applied for him in Sep 2009...he's Nov 2009 AOR.
