how to locate local postman of postoffice? if someone is not at house can he deliver chc post at security man of flat or house?

Yes most of the time postman does that.
Ok well find your union post office first (not area post office which is smaller) it would be collection centre and more like a hub to various area post offices.
Inquire about your area postman from the caretaker who usually inquires u at the entry or in some cases guards also know area postman.
Reach before 10am because the postmen come at 9, collect their mails and leave for delivery in an hr or two.
When you meet the postman tell him u r expecting important mail from Islamabad and if he could deliver on priority and ask him for tea n anda paratha at nearest pathan hotel

Apparently Canada Post is going on strike starting Thursday, June 2nd. If you have anything to mail out do so before Thursday i.e. application kits, CAIPS requests etc :-\

Hi guys,

I just received an email from CHC-I that my file is in queue for background check. I have been waiting for 26 months and last month they had replied file in queue for review by immigration officer. Now it's in queue for background check. It's seems like a bad f***ing joke. The file was under background check the whole of 2010. This is so frustrating. Any idea what to expect next? I had sent the PCC and supp forms in March. They have received them. It's like they are buying more time but honestly at the cost of our family lives. Any feedback?
