No need to send another one as they dont respond through ack email mostly. i sent thrice and never got acknowledgement. though received furhter isntructiosn in few days. my hunch the cases who are near to completion are not sent auto responses in most fo the cases.

dear pk09, i am not talking about their proper reply, i am talking about auto generated reply, it didn't generate. may be problem of their server. chc, isb is unpredictable
