Hi Everyone,

It is very frustrating and annoying when you don't know what they are doing and don't even bother to let you know how long will it take. I sponsered my husband last year in September 2009 and his case started to process on Nov the 14th 2009. I was married last year in July 2009 and came back and had a baby who is five months old. I had a very tough pregnancy and i sent the reports from the hospital and everything and my MP's office called them twice and no one did anything about it.

Two days ago i wrote a letter to the Prime Minisiter and also wrote a letter to the Minister of Immigration Mr Jason Kenney and today i've got the answer from the Prime minister's office stating that they won't be able to do anything but they had forward my e-mail to the Minister of Immigration. I think we should all get togeather and go the Ottawa and ask the Minsiter of Immigration that why we have to suffer because of some stupid people are doing crazy things in Pakistan and we shouldn't have to pay for that.

It is very depressing at times, but there is nothing we can do to change the way they are working there. The process is very slow and India has such a good system that people are coming to Canada within 2 to 4 months and another thing i like to mention that we should all raise our voice about the flood crisis which has taken place in Pakistan and it is so heartbreaking because so many people are dead and millions of people are homeless and it is getting very dangerous with all the diseases which are killing alot of people and i am really scared to go to pakistan with my little baby becasue i don't want her to get sick overthere.

lostsoul, keep checking CP24 every day. They advertise normally a day or two in advance about the programe.

Yes sofar 6 peoples, I belive there are many other forum on this site with different subjects lets inform every body about this plan aswell
spread the CP24 message.

Especially check at 9:00pm ET normally they host live programe from 9:00 PM to 10M.

I will keep the forum informed if there is any show going to be.

i had e-mailed the embassy last night and got the answer back today stating my file has been forward to the officer, that means they have already finished doing the the background checking.
Does any one have an idea how long will it take to review the file. someone please let me know about that.

Please share your time line..Yes... if the file has been forwarded to the officer it should be ready for PPR soon... Please Share your timeline

My Mp's office contacted the embassy twice they didn't say much but i wrote them a letter they replied the next day.

My baby is five months old and i am all alone here and no help what so ever and i told them i need my husband here badly because i am going through tiimes so that's when they started to look into my file I guess?

I wish all of you guys a good luck and this is the month of Ramadan and we should all pray to Allah for something good to happen. Don't forget to pray on the 27th of Ramadan it is very important and insha allah we will all be sucessful. (God willing)
