CHC Islamabad - Back Ground Checks

m a student and had applied for a study permit
Please u ppl guide me what to do after a long waitng i m tired now and havent found any clue to get rid of these B/C :/
is there any way to contact CHC other than E-mail .
its almost 9 months gone after medicals and still my application is under background checks .
and 1 other thing that my addmission letter is going to expire 4th time during this process should i go for defferal or wait till CHC directs me to do so??
