My friend had applied for Ontario PNP under the Human Capital Priorities Stream - he received a nomination of interest under the NOC 0631 (restaurant managers etc).
His application was approved this week, and he intends to accept the nomination.
Now, he has also received a few offers in the mean time for tech related jobs with higher pay, and is wondering if there are any implications if he changes jobs after accepting the nomination. He is still in the express entry pool of candidates and will apply for PR once he gets an invitation to apply - presumably through PNP as FSW draws are not being held at the moment.
Will changing jobs at this point (as this would be under a different NOC) have any implication on his PR application or void his nomination and 600 points? Or since Ontario had nominated him, is he expected to stick to the same NOC until after getting his PR?
