Just 19 days ago, I got an ineligible letter for 2171 from SINP. Instead of reviewing, I reapplied for the same NOC (now 21221, Business System Analyst) with a new profile and got ITA again. (1.) My question is how much I can change job descriptions this time? As the old profile is still open and easily traceable by the SINP authority and (2.) if I change Job descriptions this time, then what could be the answer from my side if they ask why the JD is different than the before one for which I got the ineligible letter. My job experience fully meets with 21221 requirements in practically, unfortunately, the way JDs were written didn't satisfy them.
