Changing college/university from outside Canada

Hi, I have doubts regarding changing university/college from outside Canada after getting approval and have the passport stamped. In IRCC page its give to pay $200 to maintain status and $150 for new permit, does it mean I should submit all my supporting docs like POF,etc again or only LOA is enough?
Please help me, anyone....

yes. Attach your medical e-sheet to the new application. Make sure you use the same UCI number so that your previous biometric can be linked to your new application.
